Abstract
Abstract (in English)
The paper is focused on an analysis of three short stories by L. N. Andreyev thematically connected with Russian terrorism. The analysis of the texts testifies to Andreyev's humanistic position, in which to a certain extent he questions the idea of the terrorist as a person clearly surpassing the others with his human qualities. Especially the meaning of the short stories The Dark and The Seven That Were Hanged then cast into doubt to a certain degree the real effect of the terroristic movement for those in whose name the terrorists act, i.e. for the "ordinary" people.
