Although images and other types of graphic elements as well as various video content make up an important part of online teaching and learning experience, a robust module for storing and displaying such digital artifacts in one place in a course has been mostly missing on the Moodle plugins list (except for a few contributed modules without consistent support and development). Here, we would like to present our newly-developed Gallery module which is aimed at supplying the missing functions described above. The module is designed to store, edit and display images and videos (either stored locally or drawn from YouTube and other cloud services). The pictures can be displayed in several modes and sizes and can have comments and files attached to them. There is also a possibility to display an interactive thumbnail belt directly on the course homepage. In addition, we included some extra capability adjustments, so that students can also contribute to a particular gallery in their course. In future versions, we also plan to implement rating capabilities and other interactive features which would further enhance this course resource. During the presentation, we will show the main settings and set-ups of the module and outline a few examples how to effectively use a Gallery among the other course elements.
