A term of telework in the Czech Republic, as Well as all over the world Plays more and more important part of the labour relations. Unfortunately, unlike to other countries this topic is ignored by the Czech lawmakers. From this reason, the author of this article has decided to deal with legal regulation of teleworking in the Slovakian and the Polish legis- lature. Then he will try to use his discovered knowledge in the Czech legal conditions. It will be neccessary to take into consideration the legal regulation of this topic on the European level, especially it will be important to notice an importance of the Framework Agreement on Telework for the Czech legislature.
