Abstract

Dr. Sylvia Schachner, a PTSTA-E (Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst – in Education) lecturer, will lead the five-day summer school course of Educational Transactional Analysis. Transaction analysis helps people understand how their personality works in different situations, and why things happen to them in life. A basic understanding of transactional analysis enables one to understand his or her communication style as well as the communication style of others giving them the ability to consciously choose reactions. TA helps people make changes in their behavior and experience, such as resolving conflicts, achieving goals, or having better awareness of the content and form of our communication. The main goal of TA is to develop the autonomy of people in their life.

Abstract (in Czech)

Pětidenní letní škola bude vedena Dr. Sylvie Schachne - lektorka PTSTA-E (Pověřený lektor a supervizor TA pro oblast Edukace) – přední odbornice Transakční analýzy pro oblast výchovy a vzdělávání. Transakční analýza pomáhá lidem pochopit, jak jejich osobnost funguje v různých situacích, a proč se jim některé věci v životě dějí a stále opakují. Pomocí transakční analýzy můžeme pochopit komunikační styl vlastní i druhých a vědomě si volit svoje reakce. Základní pochopení transakční analýzy umožňuje porozumět vlastnímu komunikační styl, stejně jako komunikačnímu stylu ostatních, které jim dávají možnost vědomě si vybrat reakce. TA pomáhá lidem měnit jejich chování a získávat zkušenosti např. v tom jak řešit konflikty, dosahovat svých cílů nebo zlepšit svou komunikaci v obsahu i formě. Hlavním cílem TA je rozvoj autonomii člověka v jeho životě
