Proces nutriční péče zajišťuje kvalitu nutriční péče, která se odrazí na zdravotním stavu pacienta. Skládá se ze 4 kroků- nutriční anamnézy, nutriční diagnózy, nutriční intervence a nutričního monitoringu a evaluace. V České republice přijetí tohoto modelu se zdá být hudbou budoucnosti.

The nutrition care process ensures quality nutrition care reflecting the patient health status. It is comprised 4 steps -nutrition assessment, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition intervention and nutrition monitoring and evaluation. There is no interest in the implementation of this model in the Czech republic.
