Micropulsation, wind phenomena, and other forms of stellar variability are recorded via high precision photometry in two wavelength regions (red and blue). The success of this mission is also very much depending on supportive ground-based observations, especially spectroscopy. We review the variety of such needed observations together with already published results. Furthermore, we describe the aims and tasks of the BRITE-Constellation Ground-Based Observing Team. ER -
