Elektronická výuková publikace Gymnastika dětí hravě i metodicky obsahuje obecný popis gymnastických disciplín, techniku provedení, metodický postup, dopomoc a záchranu, chyby a varianty provedení. Vložené hry, motivace a činnosti umožní učitelům i žákům zpříjemnit nácvik konkrétních gymnastických prvků. Multimediální publikace přináší základní informace k provedení gymnastických prvků doplněné fotografiemi a videozáznamy a je určena převážně studentům oboru Učitelství pro 1. stupeň ZŠ, Učitelství pro MŠ a Výchova ke zdraví.

The publication “Play and Methodology in Children’s Gymnastics” contains a general description of gymnastic events, technique of execution, methodological procedure, assistance and aid, mistakes and variants of execution. Accompanying games, motivation and activities render the training of the particular gymnastic exercises more enjoyable for both the learners and the teachers.
In the chapter “Obstacle courses” we can find inspiration for the practical use of gymnastic exercises and equipment in P. E. classes.
The multimedia textbook provides basic information on the execution of gymnastic exercises, supplemented with photographs and video recordings.
