Abstract
In this chapter, we discuss why and how knowledge (about teaching and learning) should be shared within professional communities (of teachers). Building upon that, the 3A CFA approach is introduced as a means to (1) promote discussion about teaching and learning within professional communities of teachers, and (2) generate findings about teaching and learning that will enrich the knowledge base of the teaching profession.
Abstract (in Czech)
V kapitole je předložen výklad o tom, proč a jak v profesních komunitách učitelů rozvíjet znalosti o vyučování a učení. Je představen obsahově zaměřený přístup (3A), který umožňuje podporovat diskusi o vyučování a učení v profesních komunitách učitelů a generovat znalosti pro poznatkovou základnu učitelství.
