Anotace

Het eerste doel is dat de promovendi uit de universiteiten uit Tsjecho-Slowakije de ruimte krijgen om hun onderzoek voor te stellen en zelf vragen te formuleren waar ze mee tijdens het promotietraject worstelen. De vragen en knelpunten komen tijdens de discussie aan bod die geleid wordt door twee specialisten voor letterkunde, taal- en vertaalkunde. Er hebben twee deskundigen toegezegd: prof. Dr. Yves T´Sjoen, Ph.D. (Universiteit Gent en Masaryk Universiteit) (letterkunde) en doc. Mgr. Marketa Štefková, Ph.D. (Comenius Universiteit Bratislava) (taalkunde en vertaalwetenschap). Bewust kiezen we één specialist uit de Lage Landen en één uit de regio. Ten tweede is het de bedoeling dat de promovendi en masterstudenten elkaar (beter) leren kennen en vooral elkaars onderzoek leren kennen met het oog erop dat ze in de toekomst kunnen samenwerken aan publicaties en onderwijs en onderzoek van het Nederlands in Tsjecho-Slowakije. De masterstudenten kunnen inspiratie krijgen voor het formuleren van hun onderzoeksaanvraag. Ten derde vindt er een methodologisch seminaar plaats, gewijd aan het onderzoek binnen taalkunde, vertaalkunde en letterkunde waarmee de promovendi inzicht krijgen in de methodologie enerzijds van het onderzoek binnen intramurale neerlandistiek en anderzijds zullen ze theoretisch en praktisch ervaring opdoen met de Tsjecho-Slowaakse methodologie van promotieonderzoek. Behalve aan de Vakgroep Nederlands te Olomouc zijn de overige promovendi telkens meestal onder begeleiding van een Germanist/Algemene taalkundige als promotor en hebben tijdens hun promotieopleiding weinig tot geen mogelijkheden om deel te nemen aan een methodologisch seminaar gewijd uitsluitend aan het neerlandistisch onderwerp. Daarom is dit seminaar van uiterst belang voor de deelnemers. Het is ook de bedoeling dat de promovendi hun bijdrage publiceren. Daarvoor staat de rubriek Berichte und Materialien van de Brünner Beiträge zur Germanistiek und Nordistik gereserveerd. Tot slot, de mini-conferentie zal open zijn voor de overige MA-studenten van de vakgroep in Brno maar ook voor de geinteresseerden van de deelnemende universiteiten maar er wordt voor deze studenten geen budget aangevraagd.

The first objective is to give PhD students from the universities in Czechoslovakia the opportunity to present their research and to formulate questions themselves that they are struggling with during the PhD process. The questions and bottlenecks are discussed during the discussion, which is led by two specialists for literature, linguistics and translation. Two experts have promised: prof. Yves T´Sjoen, Ph.D. (Ghent University and Masaryk University) (literature) and doc. Mgr. Marketa Štefková, Ph.D. (Comenius University of Bratislava) (linguistics and translation studies). We deliberately choose one specialist from the Low Countries and one from the region. Secondly, it is intended that the PhD students and master's students get to know each other (better) and especially get to know each other's research with a view to being able to collaborate in the future on publications and teaching and research on Dutch in Czechoslovakia. The master's students can get inspiration for formulating their research request. Thirdly, a methodological seminar will be held, devoted to research in linguistics, translation and literature, which will give the PhD students insight into the methodology of research in inpatient Dutch studies and on the other hand they will gain theoretical and practical experience with the Czechoslovakian methodology of PhD research. Apart from the Department of Dutch in Olomouc, the other PhD students are usually supervised by a Germanist / General linguist as a promoter and have little or no opportunity during their PhD training to participate in a methodological seminar devoted exclusively to the Dutch subject. That is why this seminar is extremely important for the participants. It is also the intention that the PhD students publish their contribution. The Berichte und Materialien section of the Brünner Beiträge zur Germanistiek und Nordistik is reserved for this. Finally, the mini conference will be open to the other MA students of the department in Brno, but also to those interested in participating universities, but no budget will be requested for these students.
