Abstract
V originále
Chronic Lymphatic Leukaemia (CLL) is the most frequent type of leukaemia and the second frequent haematological malignity after Non-Hodgkin‘s Lymphoma. Incidence of CLL in the Czech Republic is approximately 651 cases and mortality approximately 288 cases per year (2009 – 2016). This Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) is necessary for providing the care of patients with CLL with regard to state-of-the- -art knowledge, as well as to ensure the same level of diagnosis and treatment in all regions of the Czech Republic.
