Příspěvek rozebírá nález Ústavního soudu sp. zn. Pl. ÚS 39/08 a otázku opakovaného výkonu funkce předsedy a místopředsedy, srovnává situaci s dalšími zeměmi Rady Evropy a upozorňuje na účelové dezinterpretace tohoto nálezu.

The article analyzes the finding of the Constitutional Court no. Pl. ÚS 39/08 and the question of repeated performance of the office of chairman and vice-chairman, comparing the situation with other countries of the Council of Europe and draws attention to the purposeful misinterpretation of this finding.
