Předkládaná publikace, kterou vytvořili lingvisté Katedry českého jazyka a literatury Pedagogické fakulty Masarykovy univerzity, volně navazuje na monografii Čeština v pohybu 1. Tentokrát představuje autorský kolektiv výsledky výzkumu vlastních jmen, a to z několika hledisek, která sledují jejich proměny v komunikaci: fungování pojmenovávacích motivů ve spojení s variabilitou jednoho typu pomístních jmen, gramatické chování místních jmen při opakovaném užívání v současných textech a podoby a funkce antroponym v dramatických textech. Autoři se tak snaží o ucelenou koncepci monografie, prezentující jak dílčí poznatky lingvistických výzkumů, tak i přístup literárněonomastický.

This publication, created by a team of linguists from the Department of Czech Language and Literature, Faculty of Education, Masaryk University in Brno, freely follows the monograph Čeština v pohybu 1 (Czech on the Move 1), published in 2016. This time, the monograph presents results of a research of proper names taken from several points of view that follow changes of the proper names in communication: the function of naming motifs in connection with the variability of one type of anoikonyms, grammatical behavior of anoikonoyms in contemporary texts and function of choice of anthroponyms in dramatic texts. The authors thus attempt at a comprehensive concept of the monograph presenting both the knowledge of linguistic research and the literary-onomastic approach.
