Anotace
A statistical approach to map earthquake induced landslides in a district of Bhutan will be studied in the current paper. Inventory of landslides in the study area will be prepared in conjunction with the factors contributing to the occurrences of landslide. Topographical maps, DEM, Geological maps and Landcover maps will be used extensively to prepare the resulting maps and to determine the weight of the factors. The landslide susceptibility will be categorized according to different levels of severity to estimate the extent of landslides triggered by an earthquake. A control group from the Landslide inventory will be used to validate the earthquake induced landslide susceptibility map.
