Anotace

Mã hồ sơ là một phần không thể thiếu trong hồ sơ và có ý nghĩa quan trọng trong công tác quản lý hồ sơ. Tuy nhiên, hiện nay chưa có văn bản nào quy định rõ về cách đặt mã hồ sơ điện tử, khiến cho việc quản lý hồ sơ điện tử trong các cơ quan, tổ chức còn lúng túng và thiếu thống nhất. Việc đặt ra một quy ước chung về xây dựng mã hồ sơ điện tử đang trở nên cần thiết hơn bao giờ hết trước bối cảnh Việt Nam đang xây dựng Chính phủ điện tử và tài liệu điện tử được sản sinh ra ngày càng nhiều, đa dạng về nội dung và hình thức. Bài viết xin đóng góp một vài ý kiến về xây dựng mã hồ sơ điện tử, góp phần giúp cho việc quản lý hồ sơ điện tử khoa học và hiệu quả hơn.

Anotace anglicky

Record identify code is an indispensable part of the record and has an important meaning in the management of records. However, at present, ambiguous regulations on how to put the code of electronic records, making the management of electronic records in agencies and organizations inconvenient and inconsistent. Setting a common convention on building electronic profile codes is becoming more necessary than ever in the context that Vietnam has building e-Government and electronic documents are produced more in complex content and form. The article would like to contribute a few ideas on building electronic record identify codes, help the management of electronic records more effective and efficient.
