Der Artikel analysiert den Qualitätswandel der Parteiendemokratie im Kontext der Verwendung des Konzepts von Peter Mair. Die meisten der von uns beobachteten Indikatoren deuten auf eine insgesamt schwache bzw. die schwächende Stellung der politischen Parteien in der Gesellschaft.

Článek analyzuje proměnu kvality stranické demokracie v kontextu s využitím konceptu Petera Maira. Většina indikátorů, které jsme sledovali, poukazuje na celkově slabou, resp. slábnoucí pozici politických stran ve společnosti.

The article analyzes the change in the quality of party democracy in the context of the use of the concept of Peter Mair. Most of the indicators that we monitored point to an overall weak, resp. the weakening position of political parties in society.
