Abstract

Přednáška se zabývala areálovou klasifikací evropských jazyků a konceptem tzv. standardní průměrné evropštiny (SAE). Primární pozornost byla věnována řečtině a jejím areálovým rysům, na jejichž základě byla zařazena do evropského jazykového svazu. Z diachronního hlediska byly prodiskutovány dva konkrétní areálové rysy, tj. externí posesory v dativu a vztažné věty. Zvláštní pozornost byla věnována jejich vývoji ve středověké řečtině a jejich historické interpretaci v rámci SAE.

Abstract (in English)

The lecture dealt with the areal classification of European languages and the concept of Standard Average European (SAE). The primary attention was paid to Greek and its areal features, on the basis of which it is included in the European "Sprachbund". Two individual areal features were diachronically discussed, i.e. dative external possessors and relative clauses. Special attention was paid to their development in medieval Greek and their historical interpretation in the frame of SAE.
