| V měsíci říjnu roku 2021 se v brněnských ulicích začaly náhle objevovat tajuplné řecké nápisy, které obsahem i vizuálním stylem nápadně připomínají pozdně antické ochranné amulety doložené zejména z území Syropalestiny. Autor se v přednášce pokusí o kritickou edici textu a v kontextu mediteránní apotropaické tradice zhodnotí i další známé pamětihodnosti moravské metropole. |

| In October 2021, mysterious Greek inscriptions started to appear on numerous public buildings in the city of Brno, which displayed marked similarities with in both contents and visual style with the Late Antique protective amulets attested primarily from the Syropalestinian region. The author provided a critical edition of these newly discovered Greek texts and interpreted several important monuments of the Moravian metropolis in the light of the Mediterranean apotropaic magical tradition. |
