Abstract
The Czech Competition Authority has recently decided that executives of an undertaking under investigation have a duty to come to the inspection’s site and allow their digital devices to be searched. Even though its reasoning is based on a court judgment, such an interpretation of the competition authority’s power may arguably go too far.
