Anotace

Im Rahmen des Projekts InKoNa (siehe unten) wurden im Jahr 2019 in einem ersten Schritt kulturell bedingte Herausforderungen für Promovierende aus Bayern und Tschechien identifiziert, wofür die Betroffenen in einem zweiten Schritt im Rahmen eines gemeinsamen Pilot-Workshops in Bamberg funktionale Bewältigungsstrategien entwickeln konnten (vgl. Burger & Wolstein 2020). Die Ergebnisse (vgl. Burger 2020) zu den vier thematischen Bereichen Interkulturelle Kompetenzen, Kulturkontakt, Wissenschaft und Kultur sowie Interkulturelle Trainings zeigen, dass kulturelle Einflussfaktoren eine nicht zu vernachlässigende Variable in der Wissenschaft darstellen, die von den Betroffenen nach einer angeleiteten Reflexion darüber bewusst benannt werden können. Vor dem Hintergrund der bisher erhobenen Daten soll das Konzept des Workshops angepasst und am Lehrstuhl für Deutsche und Österreichische Studien an der Karls-Universität in Prag durchgeführt werden. Das Projekt wird von Magdalena Burger, M.A. M.Sc. (Professur für Slavische Kunst- und Kulturwissenschaft, Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg) und Prof. Dr. Jörg Wolstein (Professur für Pathopsychologie, Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg) und in Kooperation mit PhDr. Zuzana Lizcová, Ph.D. und Mgr. Anežka Brožová (Lehrstuhl für Deutsche und Österreichische Studien, Karls-Universität Prag) sowie Mgr. Václava Beyerová (Österreichisches Kulturforum Prag) durchgeführt. Gefördert wird das Projekt von der Bayerisch-Tschechischen Hochschulagentur.

Anotace česky

V rámci projektu InKoNa (viz níže) byly v roce 2019 identifikovány kulturně podmíněné výzvy pro výzkumné pracovníky doktorského studia z Bavorska a České republiky, pro které mohli dotčení v druhém kroku v rámci společného pilotního workshopu v Bamberku vyvinout funkční strategie zvládání (srov. Burger & Wolstein 2020). Výsledky (srov. Burger 2020) ve čtyřech tematických oblastech interkulturních kompetencí, kulturního kontaktu, vědy a kultury a interkulturního vzdělávání ukazují, že faktory ovlivňující kulturu jsou ve vědě proměnnou, která by neměla být opomíjena a kterou mohou ti, jichž se týká, po řízené reflexi vědomě pojmenovat. Na základě dosud shromážděných údajů bude koncept workshopu upraven a realizován na Katedře germanistiky a rakouských studií FF UK v Praze.

On 6-7 May, the workshop of the project "InKoNa 2.0" took place under the guidance of Magdalena Burger and Jörg Wolstein (Ott-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg). The workshop was co-organised by Anežka Brožová (Department of German and Austrian Studies, IMS FSV UK) and Václava Bayerová (Austrian Cultural Forum in Prague). The meeting was attended by ten master and doctoral students from five different countries, studying at different universities in Bamberg, Reich and Prague. The joint weekend started with a guided tour of Prague by historian Karolina Bukovská on the topic of the clash of German and Czech identities and communities in the city's history. The first day ended at the Střecha restaurant with an intercultural program. On the second day, participants gathered at the Austrian Cultural Forum for a joint intercultural training. In addition to explaining basic theoretical concepts in the field of intercultural competence, the workshop was used for the participants to critically perceive intercultural differences, reflect on existing models of intercultural communication and exchange their experiences. In addition, they had rich discussions about general value frameworks and especially about Czech-German cultural standards. The participants learned more about the meanings of different levels of culture and prepared themselves for dealing with so-called Critical Incidents. The discussion also focused on the challenges and opportunities presented by the coronavirus pandemic. Constructive conversations and positive feedback at the end of the workshop showed that face-to-face meetings are even more valued than before after the pandemic experience.
