In this workshop we are going to EXPERIMENT with the most valuable instrument that each of us, regardless of the age or abilities, has – with our body. Through a playful and creative EXPERIENCE of our own movement seeking for various forms of EXPRESSION, we will EXPLORE the basic means of movement, and we will EXPOSE their mutual intersections with sounding music.
