Anotace

Non-attachment might seem like a mental state that is difficult to achieve. Who wouldn’t wish for experiencing joy and happiness independent of the external circumstances? The painful question here is how to introduce more fluidity and flexibility to our life that could ultimately result in non-attached response to the world. This poster presents the findings from the qualitative research with non-professionals dancers about their experience of the body.
