The study determined test compounds' inhibitory effect on the NF-κB/AP-1 cellular pathway using a QUANTI-Blue™ assay. Mulberrofuran B has demonstrated the highest inhibitory effect among the test compounds, comparable to the positive control results (prednisolone). ER -
