Anotace

La maladie d'Alzheimer est une maladie neurodégénérative caractérisée surtout par les troubles de mémoire. Du point de vue de la philologie, ce sont les troubles du langage qui sont intéressants pour les neuro- et psycho- linguistes et qui sont aussi caractéristiques de cette maladie. Avec l'évolution de la maladie, la personne atteinte a tendance à produire des néologismes. En lexicologie, le néologisme est un mot nouveau ou un sens nouveau d’un mot existant déjà dans la langue tandis que dans le contexte médical, il s’agit d’un mot créé par le malade mental par déformation de phonèmes, substitution, etc. L’objectif de cette communication sera de comparer les deux traditions terminologiques, linguistique et médicale, pour mieux comprendre comment et quand le terme a « migré » d’une discipline à l’autre.

Anotace anglicky

Alzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative disease characterized mainly by memory disorders. From a philological point of view, it is the language disorders that are of interest to neuro- and psycho-linguists and that are also characteristic of this disease. As the disease progresses, the affected person tends to produce neologisms. In lexicology, a neologism is a new word or a new meaning of a word that already exists in the language, whereas in the medical context, it is a word created by the mentally ill person by deformation of phonemes, substitution, etc. The purpose of this paper will be to compare the two terminological traditions, linguistic and medical, to better understand how and when the term "migrated" from one discipline to the other.
