Abstract
Elektronická publikace Vybrané kapitoly z klinické farmakologie si klade za cíle ve stručnosti zopakovat farmakologii vybraných léčiv a na příkladech pak ihned ukázat praktickou aplikaci získaných znalostí. Každá kapitola navíc nabízí odkazy na užitečné databáze, kalkulátory a zdroje doplňujících informací, farmakologické přehledy. Učebnice je určena studentům předmětu LF: aVLAF091, VLAF091 Aplikovaná a klinická farmakologie, ale je vhodná i jako praktický průvodce pro začínající lékaře a farmaceuty.
Abstract (in English)
This publication is designed as a pre-class reading not only for students of clinical pharmacology but also as a practical guide for junior physicians and pharmacists. Its aim is to briefly review the pharmacology of selected drugs and then to immediately demonstrate the practical application of the acquired knowledge using examples. In addition, each chapter offers links to helpful databases, calculators, and sources of additional information, pharmacological overview. The content is divided into 15 chapters covering general topics such as principles of dose adjustments in the elimination organs dysfunction, drug interactions, principles and instruments of reasonable prescribing, and critical appraisal of clinical trials, but also includes chapters devoted to a specific drug group. The aim of the publication is to strengthen students' knowledge and skills in pharmacotherapy, increase their awareness of the risks of drugs and thus contribute to improving the safety of treatment in general. ssible non-compliance with international standards for human subject research.
