Abstract

Monografie se zaměřuje na tématiku pracovního poměru pedagogických pracovníků působících na veřejných školách v rámci regionálního školství. Publikace se po obecném vhledu do problematiky zabývá definicí pedagogického pracovníka, předpoklady pro výkon činnosti pedagogického pracovníka, pracovním poměrem na dobu určitou pedagogických pracovníků, specifiky jejich pracovní doby a dovolené. Publikace se tématu pracovního poměru pedagogických pracovníků věnuje mimo jiné na podkladě judikatury našich vrcholných soudů a dané téma tak zpracovává způsobem, který je přínosný jak pro teoretické, tak praktické využití.

Abstract (in English)

The monograph focuses on the topic of employment of pedagogical workers who are employed in public schools within the framework of regional education. After a general insight into the topic, the publication deals with the definition of a pedagogical worker, the prerequisites for the performance of the activities of a pedagogical worker, the fixed-term employment relationship of pedagogical workers, the specifics of their working hours and holidays. The publication deals with the topic of the employment relationship of pedagogical workers, among other things, on the basis of the case law of Czech highest courts, and thus processes the given topic in a way that is beneficial for both theoretical and practical use.
