Celonárodní konference prezentuje nejlepší čerstvě obhájené bakalářské a diplomové práce studentů fakult lékařských, zdravotně-sociálních, přírodovědeckých, potravinářských, zemědělských, gastronomie a veterinární hygieny se zaměřením na problematiku výživy, technologie a chemie potravin a zdraví. Setkání studentů z těchto oborů přináší pohled na širokou problematiku výživy s mezioborovým přesahem témat.

The national conference presents the best recently defended bachelor's and master's theses of students of medical, health and social sciences, science faculties, food science, agriculture, gastronomy and veterinary hygiene with a focus on nutrition, technology and chemistry of food and health. The meeting of students of these fields provides an insight into the broad issue of nutrition with interdisciplinary overlap of topics.
