This can be efficiently used for mapping the distribution of FAs using metal oxide laser ionization mass spectrometry imaging (MOLI MSI). In this work, we have coupled MOLI MSI with on-tissue reaction of unsaturated FAs with ozone to estimate content of FA isomers in tissue. ER -
