Abstract

Příspěvek vznikl na základě výzkumu zaměřeného na inovaci obsahu a forem výuky matematiky na základních školách. Tématem příspěvku jsou náměty pro problémovou výuku v matematice na středních a vysokých školách. Je řešen problém, jak vyjádřit zadaný rovinný geometrický útvar (např.jednoduchou lomenou čáru nebo mnohoúhelník) pomocí jediné rovnice s absolutními hodnotami v proměnných x, y. Při řešení je využíván i matematický program Derive.

The article was created as the result of the research oriented at innovation of the content and forms of primary school mathematics teaching. The article offers ideas for problem teaching in mathematics at secondary schools and universities. There is being solved the problem of expressing the given planar geometrical figure (e.g. a simple polygonal line or a polygon) using one equation with absolute values of variables x, y. While solving the computer mathematical program Derive is used.
