Tekst powstał na podstawie "Sprawozdania z działalności regionalnych izb obrachunkowych i wykonywania budżetu przez jednostki samorządu terytorialnego w 2022 roku", przedłożonego Sejmowi i Senatowi Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej przez Krajową Radę Regionalnych Izb Obrachunkowych w czerwcu 2023 roku.

The study presents the financial situation of local government units in 2022. The text is based on the "Report on the activities of regional audit chambers and budget execution by local government units in 2022", submitted to the Sejm and the Senate of the Republic of Poland by the National Council of Regional Audit Chambers in June 2023.
