La contribution a porté sur l’analyse des documents en français de valeur juridique rédigés au XIVe siècle par la chancellerie de Jean de Luxembourg, roi de Bohême, roi de Pologne et comte de Luxembourg. Nous nous sommes concentrée sur la structure des documents et sur l’évolution et la fixation de la terminologie y utilisée dans différentes parties. Des termes sélectionnés seront soumis à la recherche linguistique (orthographique, phonétique, morphologique et syntaxique), en considération de leur sémantique.

Příspěvek byl zaměřen na analýzu listin právní hodnoty ve francouzštině sepsaných ve 14. století kanceláří Jana Lucemburského, krále českého, polského a lucemburského hraběte. Zkoumala se struktura dokumentů a vývoj a fixace terminologie používané v různých částech. Vybrané termíny byly podrobeny lingvistickému výzkumu (pravopisnému, fonetickému, morfologickému a syntaktickému) s přihlédnutím k jejich sémantice.

The contribution was focused on the analysis of documents of legal value in French drawn up in the 14th century by the office of John of Luxembourg, King of Bohemia, Poland and Count of Luxembourg. The structure of the documents and the development and fixation of the terminology used in the various parts were examined. The selected terms were subjected to linguistic research (spelling, phonetic, morphological and syntactic) considering their semantics.
