La Carte interactive du français représente un outil polyfonctionnel pour la francophonie en République tchèque. Issue d’une crise de baisse de l’intérêt pour le français à la fin des années 2010, la carte et son site Internet sont devenus un lieu de rencontre important pour différents représentants de la francophonie dans ce pays, ils sont présentés aux écoles, dans les entreprises, dans les institutions liées à la promotion du français en Europe centrale. Cette contribution se veut une des suggestions possibles du débat sur le sujet proposé dans le domaine des langues appliquées et du potentiel d’utilisation de cet outil vivant, car modifiable en permanence, pour la francophonie au XXIe siècle.

Interaktivní mapa francouzštiny představuje multifunkční nástroj pro frankofonii v České republice. Mapa a její webové stránky, které vznikly z krize klesajícího zájmu o francouzštinu na začátku 21. století, se staly důležitým místem setkávání různých zástupců frankofonie v zemi. Jsou prezentovány ve školách, firmách a institucích zapojených do propagace francouzštiny ve střední Evropě. Tento příspěvek si klade za cíl být jedním z možných návrhů pro diskusi na toto téma v oblasti aplikovaných jazyků, ale i na téma potenciálu tohoto dynamického, neustále se vyvíjejícího nástroje pro frankofonii v 21. století.

The Interactive Map of French represents a multifunctional tool for the Francophonie in the Czech Republic. Born out of a crisis of declining interest in French in the late 2010s, the map and its website have become an important meeting place for various representatives of the Francophonie in the country. They are presented in schools, businesses, and institutions involved in promoting French in Central Europe. This contribution aims to be one possible suggestion for the debate on this topic, proposed within the field of applied languages, and for the potential use of this dynamic tool, which is constantly evolving, for the Francophonie in the 21st century.
