Abstract

Článek diskutuje otázku vzniku nové postkomunistické politické třídy a její politické kultury po revoluci roku 1989. Pokouší se o aplikaci konceptu nové politické třídy a budování kapitalismu bez kapitalistů Ivána Szelényi, Gila Eyala a Eleonory Townsley, a konceptu nových spasitelských mýtů Vladimíra Tismaneanu na českou společnost. V procesu formování nové politické třídy dochází k utilitarizace starého sociálního a kulturního kapitálu, když je role intelektuálů disidentské opozice marginalizována a dominantními frakcemi nové politické třídy se stává managerská elita propojená s novou politokracií. Postkomunismus, jeho nové politické mýty a politická kultura, je formována pokusem nových elit o nastolení nové sakrální ideokracie shora, spíše než projevem politického vývoje zdola pluralitní občanské společnosti. Krize postkomunistické pravice je projevem falzifikace původní sakrální podoby nového mýtu vyvolané reálným chováním elit v konfliktu o kontrolu politické komunity a privatizovaného vlastnictví, který vypukl uvnitř nové politické třídy.

Abstract (in English)

The article discusses the problem of the emergence of the new Post-Communist political class and its political culture after the revolutions of 1989. It attempts to apply to the Czech society the concepts of new political class and building of Capitalism without capitalists, coined by Iván Szelényi, Gil Eyal and Eleonora Townsley and the concept of new redemption myths by Vladimír Tismaneanu. In the process of the formation of the new political class, the old social and cultural capital was used. The role of intellectuals from the dissident opposition was maginalised. The dominant fractions were created by the managereal elite connected with the new politocracy. Post-Communism, its new political myths and its political culture is formed by the attempt of the new elites to establish the new sacral ideocracy from above rather than by the political development of the pluralistic civic society. The crisis of post-Communist right is evoked by the falsification of the originally sacral form of the new myth. The myth was falsified by the actual behaviour of the elites, struggling for the control over political community and control over the privatised property.
