Jest punktem wyjscia glebszego samopoznania nauyzyciela i zrodlem samoregulacji jego kolejnego etapu rozwoju profesjonalnego.

Professional self-reflection is one of key teacher's competencies. Teacher's ability for self-reflection is a starting point for fuller knowledge of oneself, a source of effective and proper educational conduct and practice.
