By means of j-t transients we studied the processes taking place at the beginning of the growth or dissolution of physical condensed and highly ordered adlayers. On the other site the C-t transients revealed changes taking place within physical condensed cytidine adlayers at longer times. The experimental curves were analysed by comparison with several models based on the nucleation and growth in combination with a parallel Lanqmuir-type desorption process. ER -
