Salmonella, an important pathogen from hygienic point of wiev, was choosen as a model microorganism The polymerase chain reaction coupled with immunomagnetic separation (IMS-PCR) was used for the elimination of extracellular inhibitors and quick detection of Salmonella cells. The advantage of the use of proteinase K immobilized on poly(HEMA-co-EDMA) microspheres is discussed. ER -
