Anotace

V publikaci je věnována jednak pozornost možnostem lokální a celkové terapie akné s přihlédnutím k etiopatogenetickým faktorům akné, jednak se autoři zabývají detailně charakteristikou izotretinoinu, průběhu léčby a statistickým vyhodnocením léčebných účinků. Kniha je výsledkem terénního sledování ambulantní léčby acne vulgaris tímto preparátem. Sledováním byl získán velký statistický soubor a cenný rozsáhlý fotografický materiál, který výsledky terapie dokumentuje.

Anotace anglicky

The survey of therapeutic possibilities in acne vulgaris with the aid of local as well as general measures with respect to its etiopathogenetic factors is presented. The characteristic features of isotretinoin treatment, sourse of therapy and statistical evaluation of ites results are also discussed. The book summrizes the results of isotretinoin treatment of acne patients in multiple outpatient pratices, performed by a group of dermatologists. Large group treated acne patients coult be statistically evaluated and results are documeted on extensive collection of photographic examples.
