Abstract
The DNA duplex d-(CATGGGCCCATG)(2) has been studied in solution by FTIR. NMR and CD. The experimental approaches have been complemented by series of large-scale unrestrained molecular dynamics simulation with explicit inclusion of solvent and counterions .
