Abstract
The genus Armmilaria belongs to basidiomycetes and has been known to induce rot disease and cause important exonomic losses. We introduced PCR metod and restriction analysis to identificate 40 Armillaria isolates collected. The restriction fragments were separated by electrophoresis or HPLC.
