Abstract
The article describs the instrumenst used in CR in replacing the system which consisted of a few socondary schools for social-legislation by system with 18 three (or more) -yer post secondary programmes of education in social work during the last ten years. Specific features of these development became effects of usig following instruments of desgning and spreading strategies and concepts of social work educatiion in the 1990s. Defining so called "Minimun standart" of education in social work. Estabilshing voluntary, non-governmental body whose goal has become inproving stantdrd of the educatin. Estabishing non-govemtntal, indipendent system for superviding new curricula. Co - operation of higer vocational schools and university departmens. Co-operation of social work oriented schools with different profile. Supplaying expertise to the elevant governmental bodies.
