Mesodermal differentiation was induced by dimtehylsulfoxide and retinoic acid was used for induction of neuronal differentiation. To summarize, actin cytoskeleton actively participates in the executive phase of apoptosis whereas microtubules are only passively degraded in consequence of tubulin proteolysis. ER -
