Abstract
Chromosome numbers and reproductive systems were detected in two taxa of the genus of Hieracium: Hieracium bauhini (54 populations originated from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and Romania) and Hieracium densiflorum (8 populations originated from the Czech Republic).
