Abstract
Použili jsme metodiku HPLC k detekci polymorfizmu TaqI A genu pro DRD2 v asociační studii závislosti na alkoholu. V naší studii jsme neobjevili rozdíl v alelické frekvenci mezi alkoholiky a kontrolami.
Abstract (in English)
We used HPLC method for detection of TaqI A polymorphism of the DRD2 gene in association study of alcoholism. We did not found the statisticaly significant difference between alcoholics and controls in allele A1 frequency.
