In the article the author extends his previous writings , where he identified main categories of factors, which influence a team's efficiency, and proposed a model for formalization and modeling influences of these factors. He continues with research in area of team cooperation efficiency and in this article he focuses on internal influence factors. The author identifies factors linked to personal characteristic of a team member (personal skills, social and psychology factors, inner orientation, maturity of personality), factors linked to context of the assignment, a team member behavior, motivations, leadership and coordination and to some other factors set by nature of a team's cooperation. The factors we are going to analyze, rise from several fields of research (economy, management, sociology, psychology) and, in accessible literature, we can observe that these factors are analyzed only from the view of one discipline or from the view of individual team member. In this article the author tries to broaden the view (focuses on influence of the factors on a team's efficiency) and to interpret the influence of analyzed factors in context of "system theory".
