Abstract
Some purine derivatives were investigated by low-temperature NMR measurements. The obtained chemical shifts were compared with the chemical shifts calculated by quantum chemical calculations. Tautomeric equilibria for different derivatives are discussed.

Nekolik purinovych derivatu bylo studovano pomoci NMR spektroskopie za nizkych teplot. Namerene chemicke posuny byly porovnany s posuny vypocitanymi kvantove chemickymi vypocty. Diskutovany jsou tautomerni zastoupeni ruznych derivatu.
