V originále

The level of the intracellular differentiation of 8 in vitro developed blastocysts that could not be transferred in clinical treatment of infertility was investigated in this study. The electron microscopic examination revealed the adequate trophectoderm differentiation, but suboptimal differentiation of inner cell mass.
