TY - JOUR ID - 489345 AU - Svoboda, David - Matula, Pavel PY - 2003 TI - Multilevel Adaptive Thresholding and Dual Simplex Mesh Deformation as a Tool for Tissue Reconstruction PB - ACTA Press CY - Anaheim, Calgary, Zurich SN - 0889863822 KW - Dual Simplex Mesh KW - Multilevel Adaptive Thresholding KW - Energy Minimization KW - Tissue Reconstruction UR - http://actapress.com/PaperInfo.aspx?PaperID=14376&reason=500 N2 - An enhanced automatic method for tissue reconstruction based on multilevel adaptive thresholding followed by the deformation of a dual simplex mesh was developed. The method was proposed for the reconstruction of specifically-shaped objects. The procedure is performed in two stages: the localization of the cell markers and the reconstruction of each cell followed by the evaluation of the quality of the results. Objects are reconstructed using a deformable model called dual simplex mesh. Finally the quality of results is measured. ER -
