Abstract
The course of differentiation of HL-60 cells was studied by detecting the occurrence of functionally mature granulocytes and CD-66b expressing cells in ATRA- and/or CA-treated cell populations. Application of CA alone had no or minimal influence on cell differentiation whereas differentiating activity of ATRA was potentiated by CA treatment.
Abstract (in Czech)
Průběh diferenciace buněk linie HL-60 byl studován pomocí detekce výskytu funkčně maturovaných granulocytů a buněk exprimujících CD-66b v buněčných populacích, které byly exponovány ATRA a/nebo CA. Aplikace CA samotné neměla žádný nebo pouze minimální vliv na buněčnou diferenciaci, kdežto diferenciační potenciál ATRA byl výrazně zesílen aplikací CA.
