DNA isolated from bacterial cells of Bifidobacterium longum was used in PCR evaluation of non-interfering magnetic microspheres.Preferably, electrostatically stabilized colloidal magnetite (ferrofluid) should be used in the design of new magnetic mathacrylate-based microspheres by dispersion polymerization.
