Abstract
V této práci jsme se zabývali variantami v genu pro IL-1 alfa (-889C/T) a IL-1 beta (+3953C/T) v české populaci u 148 pacientů s chronickou parodontitidou a 107 kontrolních osob.

We studied variants in the genes for IL-1 alpha (-889C/T) and IL-1 beta (+3953C/T)in the Czech population in 148 patients with chronic periodontitis and 107 controls.
