Detection of antiborrelian antibodies in wild-living rodents by ELISA method. Collecting of rodent ectoparasites of order Acarina. Finding of spirochaetes in mites by DFM method. Isolation of spirochaetes and determination of them as Borrelia afzelii using gradient SDS-PAGE method.
